Generate breakthroughs in understanding and preventing TBI through a physics-based, multiscale framework with an interdisciplinary team approach.
- Physics-based: We are revising the world’s understanding of TBI by mechanistically linking injury to the physical forces of an exposure.
- Multiscale: In TBI, brain function is disrupted at the micro or nano scale while protection solutions and treatments are implemented at the macro scale.
